Just Being Glad

Hello world, today I am gonna share my joy with you all. Please do not skip this page, I am gonna give you some ways of getting joy in the tiniest things of life. Hey, who said the ways are simple? Let me get started with this article.

Woo hoo! So I will start with the things I am happy about and tell you the connections, like, why am I Happy about my friend annoying me? Yeah, I know , that does not make sense but, who told you I want to sound all sense?! And then I will give you a manual to find those little bursts of joy. Ok? I guess you might want to read my examples, you may find some relatable. Okay, now I am shooting off.

I feel happy every time I taste the first spoon of my ice-cream. It is a heaven of cold and freezing delight. I feel in seventh heaven. When I wash my hands after throwing the garbage, I feel glad, cuz it is so annoying. I might giggle if i think of the germs as the naughty children and the soap as the strict headmistress of the school. The very strange reference in itself will make me chuckle. I make all sorts of lame jokes in my head, and usually dont share them , because they are so much prettier in the rainbow light of my solitude. Cuz there, no one can call my quirks lame. I love it. It is pretty amazing when my friends tease the heck out of me, because I am glad they are comfortable enough with me. I love it when I annoy them and they try to come up with lame comebacks. What, I am a genius, No need to worship me, I am too nice. ๐Ÿ˜‰๐Ÿ˜‰For those listening to this, winky wink.

So, how are these things gonna help you? I am gonna put a bulletin, and then elaborate. Beware, the Bulletin is deceiving. Mwa hah haha haa [ yawns after epically failing with evil laughter๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜†๐Ÿคฃ๐Ÿ˜†๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿคฃ]

First, I am a natural optimist. Now you might be like, Hell! How unfair, so now this stranger is asking me to become optimistic?! Great, cuz I already heard that, from like, Billions of people?!!๐Ÿ™„ Well, I have billions of friends who were pessimists. Helps to have lots of people to know. Just do a simple thing, daily, write at least 10 things you are glad about for a month. Of course, You don’t have to get stuck at 10. My friends, even the pessimists, crossed at least hundred within maximum 2 weeks. In one day. Yeah, it works.

Next, I will suggest you build a healthy relationship. It could be anyone and any type of relationship. Psh, get your mind outa there๐Ÿ˜ˆ. Healthy relationships are good for u. After all, we are human beings. We need somebody to socialise with.

Open up. With a person you trust and love, including very close friends. If you are afraid, try writing diary for atleast a month. Like daily or every alternate day. Or whenever you can. It helps soo much. It is what got me sailing through rough time. If you are writing it in Notepad, keep a strong password. You dont want anyone busting in. Lemme tell you this much, Paper is much better for releasing the stress.

Get a healthy habit. If you are feeling depressed or angry, do something energetic. If you are feeling a bit quiet, perk up by dancing, singing or painting. Watching phone and TV is definitely out of question. Partying and drinking is not relaxing at all too. It is temporary relief leading to permanent pain and damage. You can also learn something new like break dancing, yoga and other fun stuff.

Basically, this is a recipe to enjoy and fulfill life to the utmost. Do not slack with your work or assignments . I know, I know everyone says that but, goodness gracious, it is annoyingly true! Being lazy ruins the enjoyment and we have to work like carthorses later. Who likes skipping sleep when you can manage so much better being productive regularly! I guess some of you do, but la la la! You work it out yourselves, Peeps!
